Yin Yoga is a combination of yoga and traditional Chinese Medicine.It works deeper
to the bone,ligament and joints.By holding the pose longer it stimulates all the major yin meridian lines which are the same lines for accupuncure points. Practice yin yoga everyday then you are doing accupunctures by yourself everyday.
There are a lot of benefits of yin yoga.By holding the pose longer it rearranges collagen in our fascia, it stimulates osteoblast cell to build up the new bone and slow down the destruction of the old bone.
In addition we will practice basic Qigong as well.
Some part if yin yoga are from Qigong so we will get more benefit of both Qigong and yoga!
